The questions our UK support team is asked most often, answered plainly.
Do I need a prescription?
No. Hydrogel nail patches are a cosmetic care product sold without a prescription. Severe, painful or widespread infection still needs a GP or podiatrist.
How long does one pack last?
Twenty-one patches used once daily is three weeks on a single nail. Treating two nails halves that.
Can I paint over the nail?
Varnish stops the patch sticking. Keep the nail bare for the duration of the routine.
Are they safe for children?
These patches are intended for adults. Ask a pharmacist before using them on a child.

What sort of products do you sell?
Everyday essentials across food and drink, home and kitchen, cleaning, bedding, pet care, health, beauty and personal care. New lines are added every week.
Are your products genuine UK stock?
Yes. Everything is sourced from UK suppliers and sold with the labelling, ingredients and guarantees you would expect on the high street.
Do you deliver across the whole of the UK?
Yes. We deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the islands. Remote postcodes can take an extra working day.
Can I return something if it is not right?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Faulty items are replaced or refunded once we have seen a photo.
How do I track my parcel?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us, and you can check live status on the Track your order page.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are handled through our secure checkout with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
When will my order arrive?
Order before 3pm on a working day and we dispatch the same day. Standard tracked UK delivery arrives in 2-3 working days for £3.49, free over £30, with next working day at £5.99.
Is delivery discreet?
Yes. Every order goes out in plain outer packaging with no product name on the outside.
