Customer Reviews
Every review published here is written by a World Mazza Essentials account holder and checked before it goes live. We publish criticism alongside praise, and we never write, buy or generate reviews.

How our reviews work
Reviews can only be submitted from a signed-in account, and each one is read by our team before publishing. Where we can match a review to an order placed with us, it carries a Verified purchase badge. Ratings shown anywhere on the site, including star ratings on product pages, are calculated from these reviews only, so the score you see is the score customers actually gave.
If something went wrong with an order, we would rather fix it than hide it. Contact the team through the help centre and we will look into it, and you are still free to leave the review you want to leave.
