The nightly routine
Clean, dry, file, apply, seal the edges, sleep, remove in the morning.
- · Wash and dry the nail and surrounding skin thoroughly — the patch will not stick to a damp nail.
- · Trim and gently file the nail so the surface is as flat and even as possible.
- · Peel one patch from the backing, handling it by the edge.
- · Place the patch over the nail and press down from the centre outwards so the edges seal.
- · Leave the patch on overnight, roughly six to eight hours.
- · Peel the patch away in the morning, wash and dry the nail, and dispose of the used patch.
- · Repeat daily with a fresh patch — one pack covers a 21-day routine.
